Day 1- Cairo

Arrive to Cairo and transfer to your hotel

Day 2 – Cairo (B)

their guardian – The Sphinx.

Guided tour of the Egyptian Museum, the book of ancient history which hosts the finest pieces of Egyptian civilization.

Enjoy a local experience. Visit a papyrus institute and learn about the first paper invented in the world.  

Return back to your Hotel overnight.

Day 3 – Cairo – Luxor ( B)

Morning flight to Luxor . Once Arrived Check into our  hotel . Take a guided tour of Karnak temple known as the Book of History and biggest open air museum in the World. 

Return back to our hotel for a  Free evening.

Day 4 – Luxor – Dahabiya (BLD)

Rise early for our guided tour of the mysterious Valley of Kings ,  house of the tombs of the Pharaohs kings followed by a guided tour of the funerary temple of Queen Hatshepsut . Explore the  Colossi of Memnon before visiting  a local alabaster workshop and learn how this handmade industry was invented by Pharaohs . Drive to Esna and board our Luxury Dahabiya . Lunch on board.. Esna is best known for the small ancient Temple of Khnum, which sits 9 metres below street level. Your trip will begin with a brief walk to the temple and a stroll through streets filled with beautiful textiles and other exotic goods.Dinner Overnight on board.

Day 5 – Dahabiya (BLD)

Enjoy breakfast on board before setting sail . Stop at El Kab, on the East bank of the Nile, which was once the capital of Upper Egypt. Its still the home to the temple of Nekhbet, as well as a row of fascinating decorated tombs carved into the slope of the mountains. Upon docking, you will embark on a beautiful walk through a small fishermen village to visit the necropolis. Return back to the boat for lunch and sailing .In the afternoon, the boat will arrive at Edfu, home to the Greco-Roman temple dedicated to the god Horus. This is among the best preserved of all Egyptian temples. Horse and carriage will take you to the temple through the busy city streets for a guided tour . After returning to the boat, you will set sail for a beautiful island. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 6 – Dahabiya (BLD)

This is a day devoted to the river . After lunch , you will stop at an island for a stroll or to swim in the Nile. As dusk begins, there may be an opportunity to walk into the desert along a valley lined with boulders covered in ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs and stone-age inscriptions. These images mark the beginning of the shortest trail through the desert to Libya (28 days in ancient times). At night, the boat will tie up the foot of the floodlit temple of Gebel Silsileh. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 7 – Dahabiya (BLD)

After breakfast, watch the Nile flowing between two mountain ranges, is at its narrowest. You will often be the only visitors at this fascinating site, as large Nile cruisers are not allowed to stop here. Visit the small temple of Horemheb and walk through the sandstone quarries. sail to a picturesque riverbank island where you will stop for lunch and swimming. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 8 – Dahabiya (BLD)

Today we sail to the town and temple of Kom Ombo. After Lunch , we visit The temple that was built during the Ptolemaic period on the site of an older temple and at one of the most beautiful locations, on a bend on the river. The temple was dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile-headed god. After enjoying the temple, you will visit the new Crocodile Museum, which contains many mummified crocodiles, attesting to the importance the creature played in this region in ancient times. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 9 – Dahabiya – Aswan (BD)

Enjoy Breakfast on board before we set sail towards Awan .Arrive at Aswan , the sudden city of Egypt. Transfer to our hotel and start our guided tour of Philae Temple , Unfinished Obelisk and the High Dam with our Egyptlogist guide .Visit an oil perfume factory where we learn about how the ancient Egyptians were the first to use Perfumes .In the evening,  take a boat and visit a Nubian island. Enjoy a mouthwatering family cooked dinner with a Nubian family.Return to our hotel for the overnight.

Day 10 – Aswan- Cairo  ( B)

A free morning. Option to visit   the magnificent temples of Abu Simbel , in the far south. Afternoon flight to Cairo . Transfer to our hotel overnight.

Day 11 – Cairo (B)

Transfer to Cairo airport for your international flight.
